Description
**About us** Arts Tasmania supports Tasmania's arts and cultural heritage sectors, fostering creativity that enriches our communities and strengthens our island's unique cultural identity. We support artists and organisations across Tasmania, working with practitioners at every stage – from emerging talent to major cultural institutions. Through grants, professional development and strategic partnerships, we help build a thriving creative ecosystem that enriches communities and strengthens our cultural identity. We support arts and cultural heritage organisations and artists to connect with and inspire audiences, ensuring Tasmanians have access to diverse cultural experiences. Arts Tasmania is part of the [Creative Industries, Sport and Visitor Economy](https://www.stategrowth.tas.gov.au/cas/about_us) division of the [Department of State Growth](https://www.stategrowth.tas.gov.au/home).
