AHP will provide its members and AHP Foundation donors with information on plans, programs, services and financial information as they relate to the effective operation of the organization. Reflecting transparency of operations, the AHP Board of Directors shall represent the full membership in receiving comprehensive and appropriate disclosure on AHP issues required for effective decision making and the ultimate success of the association.
