**ADCES Foundation** **Supporting DCES Career Development Through the ADCES Foundation** Diabetes care and education specialists (DCESs) have been shown to be effective at [improving outcomes and increasing well-being](https://www.adces.org/diabetes-research/value-of-diabetes-education) for people with diabetes, prediabetes and other cardiometabolic conditions. To continue providing members of the specialty with educational opportunities that keep their skills sharp and knowledge strong, the ADCES® Foundation supports scholarships for members to attend a variety of educational programs including the [Annual Conference](https://www.adcesmeeting.org/).
