The service area represents the most densely populated municipalities in the State, including portions of the City of Los Angeles, City of Inglewood, City of Gardena, City of Hawthorne, City of El Segundo, City of Manhattan Beach, City of Santa Monica, City of Culver City, and the Unicorprated Los Angeles County Communities of Lennox, Del Aire, Hawthorne Island, West Athens, Leimert Park, Windsor Hills, Ladera Heights, Mesa Heights and Baldwin Hills.
