ABOUT US The Henry J.N. Taub Department of Emergency Medicine is a specialty practice that focuses on the treatment of acute and urgent medical conditions. Emergency practitioners treat the full spectrum of patients using skills ranging from those of a general practitioner to specialists. We serve our community by providing high-quality, compassionate emergency care to a diverse patient population. In addition, educating and mentoring the next generation of leaders in emergency medicine is a top priority of the department.
