**Who We Are** As a not-for-profit community health system in rural Montana, Benefis has achieved monumental improvements over the past 16 years because of the incredible philanthropic support from our community. **Transforming Lives Through Philanthropy** Since 1998, the Benefis Health System Foundation has served as the only nonprofit, charitable organization that works with donors to drive revolutionary support for Benefis Health System. Our mission at Benefis Foundation is to improve and enhance healthcare services for people throughout northcentral Montana. We exist to ensure that your generosity transforms the lives of our patients and their families. To that end, 100 percent of the money we raise goes directly toward the projects and programs that implement change to improve healthcare.
