**MISSION** The Buster Coleman Charitable Trust’s mission is to support religious, charitable, scientific, literary or educational purposes and the prevention of cruelty to children or animals. **Foundation Information** Buster Coleman was born on April 29, 1913, in Wise County, Texas. He was a long-time member of Wesley United Methodist Church but joined Lamar Baptist Church shortly before his death. Mr. Coleman died July 20, 2001, and was preceded in death by his wife, Ollie Mae Coleman. He created the foundation in his last will and testament to be operated exclusively for religious, charitable, scientific, literary or educational purposes and for the prevention of cruelty to children or animals.
