Partnering with donors, volunteers, and nonprofit organizations, our mission is to improve lives by mobilizing the caring power of our communities to advance the common good on Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. Our overarching goals are to help our community become: - Strong, resilient and healthy - Successful in school - Economically stable - Safely housed
