Carroll County Foundation

Since 1994, Carroll County Foundation has been bringing together charitable donors, community leaders and nonprofit organizations to make a meaningful difference throughout Carroll County. WHO WE ARE Carroll County Foundation is a philanthropic and charitable service organization affiliated with Stark Community Foundation. It is a source of lasting support for local causes and trusted partner for donors. The Foundation was created in 1994 and is led by a local volunteer board made up of community leaders who share a commitment to building a strong and vibrant future for Carroll County. Current members of our board include Chair Sean R. H. Smith, Vice Chair Robert Wirkner, Beau Brace, John Clark, John Davis, Rick Dawson, Janice Kishman, Adam Lumley and Chris Shepherd.
