ABOUT US Finance and Banking The Finance and Banking concentrations offer a broad business background in combination with the study of practical financial knowledge mandatory for success in this dynamic profession. Challenges faced in the course of study develop conceptual, financing and communication skills. The program focuses on the functions of finance in the firm, stock and bond analysis and investment management, sources of financing, and the financial system and securities markets. Real Estate The Real Estate program is dedicated to developing the highest-caliber real estate professionals and future real estate industry leaders. Students learn via case studies, projects, classroom instruction, job shadowing opportunities, internships and mentoring. This relevant and rigorous program prepares graduates to understand and solve diverse and complex real estate challenges. Upon graduation, students are expected to have a practical and robust skillset allowing them to be productive from day one in the industry.
