Our Mission
To contribute to the attainment of County-wide goals by attracting, developing, and retaining a professional work force and by contributing to the establishment of the best possible work environment.
The County of Maui employs over 2,500 people working in over 500 different jobs. The County has 20 departments, with work sites on the islands of Maui, Molokai, and Lanai, and provides a wide range of services including police and fire protection, social services, public planning and infrastructure, water supply, parks and recreation, and other administrative and enforcement services.
