The Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) serves all Western Australia (WA) by working together to achieve a safer State.
DFES’ purpose is to support the WA community to prepare for disasters and protect them against the unpredictability of natural hazards and emergency incidents.
We operate 24 hours per day, seven days per week, on land, in the air and by sea across the vast 2.5 million square kilometres of our great state.
