EPA National Student Services Contract

**About Us** ORAU recruits, hires, and manages long-term temporary contractors on behalf of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Office of Research and Development (ORD) under the National Student Services Contract (NSSC) Authority. NSSC contractors are current students or recent graduates. As temporary employees of ORAU, they work at EPA for up to five years. ORAU is a 501(c)(3), not-for-profit organization that has been working with government agencies, universities, and corporate entities since 1946. We provide innovative scientific and technical solutions to advance national priorities in science, education, security, and health. Through specialized teams of experts and access to a consortium of more than 150 major colleges and universities, ORAU works with federal, state, local, and commercial customers to advance national priorities and serve the public interest.
