The Foundation of the Food Production Solutions Association (FFPSA) is a c(3) association established to advance and promote the employees and companies in the food production industry. **What We Do** The FPSA Foundation supports the industry by investing in its future workforce and fighting food insecurity. Through the [Career Development Scholarship program](https://fpsa.org/career-development-scholarship?hsLang=en), the Foundation has awarded over $1,050,000 in scholarships since 2015 to students pursuing careers in the industry. Beyond scholarships, the Foundation sponsors education and research initiatives while promoting the vital role that healthy and safe food production plays in communities everywhere. The Foundation also leads FPSA's giving efforts through [Defeat Hunger](https://fpsa.org/defeat-hunger?hsLang=en), an ongoing program that contributes to local food banks wherever FPSA holds events.
