Description
The RCCA, directed by the Office of Opioid Settlement Administration and the Illinois Department of Human Services’ Division of Substance Use Prevention and Recovery (IDHS/SUPR), will establish sub-awards with organizations that provide intervention, treatment, and harm reduction services for Illinoisans with substance use disorders (SUDs) to prevent opioid overdoses and improve social drivers of health throughout the state. The RCCA is led by Senior Program Director Randi Moberly, Ph.D., CADC. Dr. Moberly is a seasoned professional with clinical, research, and practical experience in leading community-based behavioral health innovation to address substance use and mental health concerns.
Dr. Moberly is supported by deputy director Tina Medlin Willson, M.P.H., who supports the development and production of notice of funding opportunities, training and technical assistance (TTA) products, and digital and development tools. The RCCA team also includes RCCA Advisors, who serve as points of contact for coalition members and subrecipients. Additionally, RCCA work is supported by operations, administrative services, and digital solutions experts.
