What is the Goal of JUSTICE SQUARED? JUSTICE SQUARED is a transformational learning and action collaborative to advance racially just healthcare. JUSTICE SQUARED will support teams of five from up to 12 diverse healthcare organizations to: 1. Share power and accountability across healthcare and patients /communities experiencing healthcare inequities. 2. Engage in a guided learning and action journey to change their healthcare organization by shifting: 2.1. [How we remove racism from clinical, operational and administrative diagnostics and algorithms through a guided journey.](https://justicesquared.org/shift-02/) 3. Build lasting change by shifting policies and practices and building trustworthy relationships between healthcare and the communities, grounded in joy, love, and justice. What’s Included in the JUSTICE SQUARED Leadership Program? 1. A Guided Journey: A guided learning and action collaborative to advance racial justice through two powerful shifts: - Measuring and accounting for racism (not just race). - Removing racism from clinical, operational and administrative diagnostics and algorithms. 2. Support and Community: - A phenomenal support system built from people who bring decades of hard-won experience in addressing racial justice, health equity and system change in healthcare and community. - Five 3.5 day in-person leadership academies and action periods. 3. Resources: $300,000 in funding over two years for a core team across healthcare and community ($400,000 for safety net institutions) to implement a collective change process across healthcare and community to address an area of structural racism in healthcare that you identify and/or are already working on.
