**Our Mission** Foster environments for the people of Kentucky to value, participate in, and benefit from the arts. **Ends Statements** The ends statements speak to the purpose and vision of the agency’s work and are principled by what good, for whom, can be done at what cost. They guide the planning, programming, implementation and evaluation of all work of the agency.
