KHIMA is composed of members committed to protecting patient confidentiality, maintaining valid and accurate health data that drives the healthcare industry and is committed to advancing the health information management profession in an electronic and global environment through leadership in education and lifelong learning. KHIMA is an affiliate of American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) as a Component Association.
