ABOUT US Leo Goodwin Sr. started his namesake Foundation back in 1953. It was founded on his pragmatic belief that every person should enjoy a quality of life built around good physical, mental and emotional health. BY DOING GOOD, WE ALL WIN. Leo deeply believed that when people did good by others, even if it was just a little bit at a time, that everyone would win in the end. He was right. Today, the Leo Goodwin Foundation has grown into a leading champion of causes that touch thousands of lives every year. Through charitable donations, scholarships and grants, we now help more than 40 organizations better our community in areas including: education, healthcare, the arts, mental health, homelessness, domestic abuse and many others. Leo Goodwin Sr.’s vision was to provide hope to those who found it in short supply. He believed that successfully serving others was the greatest accomplishment humanly possible. We’ve been going strong now for over 50 years and every day we do our best to further to our founder’s commitment to doing good.
