**Summary** Established in 1992, the Medica Foundation is a nonprofit, charitable grant-making foundation for community-based programs and services. We're the charitable giving arm of Medica, a Minnesota-based health plan. The Medica Foundation believes everyone deserves a fair and just opportunity to be as healthy as possible. Relationships drive our work as we engage our partners to address challenges that face the communities we serve.
