**About Us** MNsure is Minnesota’s official health insurance marketplace. Our mission is to ensure all Minnesotans have the security of health insurance, and we’re proud of the progress we’ve made over 10+ years in operation. Since MNsure was established in 2013, we’ve helped more Minnesotans than ever before get covered – and stay covered – with affordable, comprehensive health insurance: - Minnesotans have used MNsure to sign up for over 1 million private health plans, and hundreds of thousands of residents have used MNsure to apply and enroll in public health care programs (Medical Assistance and MinnesotaCare) each year. - MNsure has delivered nearly $2 billion in health care savings for Minnesotans in the form of tax credits that lower the cost of monthly premiums for private plans. - MNsure has played an important role in cutting the statewide uninsured rate in half, from 8.2% in 2013 to a recent record low of 4%.
