We service over 950 benefits clients. PSA employs approximately 170 talented industry specialists, nearly half of which support employee benefits and human resources consulting clients. In 2021, PSA became a member of the Hilb Group, a leading employee benefits and property and casualty insurance brokerage and advisory firm. Headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, the Hilb Group has more than 1,700 employees with 100+ locations in 22 states – and service to all 50 states.
