The Raul & Hortensia Tijerina Foundation is dedicated to improving quality of life in the south Texas Rio Grande Valley. We provide financial support to diverse nonprofit groups whose programs advance literacy, health, prosperity and pride in Cameron, Hidalgo, Starr and Willacy counties.
