**About Us** **A Team Committed to Health Equity** Established as the Saint Luke’s Foundation in 1997 as a result of the dissolution of the historic Saint Luke’s Medical Center, the foundation’s mission is to improve and transform the social and physical well-being of individuals and families in the Buckeye-Shaker, Woodhill, and Mt.
