Mission The Constantine Housing Initiative’s (CHI) Mission is to increase the level of General Fraternity support to volunteers, staff and local House Corporations, as they strive to maintain and improve the quality of Sigma Chi housing. What does CHI do? OUR SERVICES: + Financing for New Construction, Renovations, Additions and Life Safety Improvements + Property & Project Management Resources and Support + Preservation of Title and Conservation of Sigma Chi Chapter House Properties Chapter houses are not only living and learning centers, but also proud symbols of the shared goals and values of fraternal organizations. They are the physical manifestation and representation of our organizations at their respective host institutions. The main property managers of these locations are often volunteer house corporation officers and undergraduate housing members who in many cases lack the time, expertise, and financial resources to be successful and proactive. CHI is now in place to provide that needed support. The Constantine Housing Initiative has the ability to Preserve and take possession of Title on a Chapter House when necessary. Our goal is to assist chapters by providing long-term and sustainable support as required.
