Southeast Alabama Community Foundation

**What We Do** For over 35 years, the Central Alabama Community Foundation (CACF) has been a valued community partner and resource for nonprofits and students in the River Region and Wiregrass. Individuals and corporate donors make gifts and bequests of any size to the foundation. Each year, the foundation provides over $5 million in grants and scholarships that meet diverse community needs, supporting programs and projects in education, human services, health, cultural arts and other civic concerns. Our mission is to create a better quality of life for those who live and work in the Wiregrass. Southeast Alabama Community Foundation (SACF) is a CACF affiliate and offers citizens in the Wiregrass Region the opportunity to build long-term support for their community. Established in 1995 by community leaders, SACF serves the five-county Wiregrass Region of Coffee, Dale, Geneva, Henry and Houston counties.
