**Our story** We are a Victorian Government-backed company providing financial and legal services to all Victorians at important life moments. **We are here for all Victorians** Our services include Will, Power of Attorney and Trust preparation, Deceased Estate Administration, Trust Administration, Legal Services and Financial Administration for individuals. **1939** Laws are passed in Victoria to assist State Trustees to be created. **1940** State Trustees begins, first known as The Public Trustee of Victoria. **1987** State Trustees becomes a statutory corporation within the Victorian Public Sector called State Trust Corporation of Victoria. **1994** State Trustees becomes a state-government owned company, the first in Victoria. **Today** The organisation operates with 500+ employees, across three locations across Victoria. **How we support Victorians** **Diligent care** We take pride in looking after Victorians from all walks of life.
