Stateline Community Foundation

Since 1986 Stateline Community Foundation (SCF) has strengthened the community by pairing the resources of those who want to give with organizations doing excellent work in the Stateline Area. What is a Community Foundation? Community foundations are unique but share a basic concept – meeting present needs and preparing for future issues thanks to the generosity of our donors. We manage nearly 200 funds, each created by donors to meet their charitable goals. Every year a portion of each fund supports a broad range of local agencies and interests. Over time, investment income increases both the value of funds and the impact of grants on the community. Who Does SCF Serve? SCF serves Southern Rock (WI) and Northern Winnebago (IL) counties in the communities of Beloit, Clinton, Orfordville, South Beloit, Rockton, and Roscoe.
