**About TechPoint Youth** TechPoint Youth (TPY) is the leader in STEM education efforts for the state of Indiana, and has been inspiring students through STEM programming since 2001. We believe that our youth should be equipped to address Indiana's growing demand for a skilled workforce. ****Vision**** Access to a STEM learning opportunity for every underserved and underrepresented student in Indiana. ****Mission**** TechPoint Youth ensures Indiana’s underserved and underrepresented K-12 students have access to experiential learning opportunities that increase STEM knowledge and inspire STEM career exploration. ****Our core values**** 1\. We support one another as a team and celebrate our successes. ****Our Origin**** TechPoint Youth and TechPoint both emerged from the pioneering efforts of the INITA Foundation, established in 2001 to bridge the digital divide and addressing the tech industry's diversity gap in Indiana's tech industry. TPY is a charitable organization focused on planting the seeds of STEM interest with K-12 students and TechPoint is an industry association that fosters the tech ecosystem by focusing on college students, technology companies and technology career professionals.
