Description
Texas Sea Grant’s mission is to improve the understanding, wise use and stewardship of Texas coastal and marine resources.
The Texas Gulf Coast is rich in natural resources crucial to the prosperity and security of the state and nation. It provides food and fuel to sustain a rapidly growing population and is also home to a unique way of life. Balancing these economic, environmental and cultural elements is the challenge that Texas Sea Grant is helping to meet with its research, education and outreach programs and partnerships.
