**Mission:** to foster community assets to advance the common good of Lamoille County. We foster collective action to address complex challenges in our community, link community partners with resources and assets, mobilize resources for and in partnership with our community and advocate for equitable access to resources for all our community members. **Vision:** A healthy and vibrant community that celebrates and honors the diversity of our community members. **Value Statements:** **Collective Action:** We recognize challenges facing our community members are complex. We see the need to understand and address these challenges through teamwork. We bring organizations, faith community, businesses, and community members together to leverage resources, talents, and assets to address these challenges together. Our work taps into strengths and resources to jointly create healthy and vibrant communities. We link community partners with resources and assets, so they can deliver equitable and high-quality services **Mobilizer:** We see the strengths and challenges in our community. This awareness allows us to mobilize resources, creating and nurturing relationships for the shared success of our communities. We mobilize resources for and in partnership with our community **Equal access:** We recognize the value of all community members. Access to services should not be limited by systems, experiences, or identities, including but not limited to: ability, sexual orientation, race, language, gender identity, housing, transportation, age, or economic status. We advocate for equitable access to resources for all our community members
