**About UServeUtah** UServeUtah engages all Utahns in solving community needs through national service, volunteerism, and meaningful community engagement. When Utahns serve together, we build trust, address local challenges, and create lasting solutions that improve quality of life for everyone. **Who we are** UServeUtah is Utah’s state commission on service and volunteerism. Established by state statute in 1994, we serve as the state’s lead agency for national service and volunteer engagement. We are housed within the Utah Department of Cultural & Community Engagement and are guided by a commission appointed to represent government, nonprofit organizations, education, business, and community stakeholders. Together with our staff, commissioners, and partners, we work to expand service opportunities statewide. **Our strategic plan** UServeUtah’s strategic plan guides our work from 2024 through 2026, shaping how we expand service, strengthen communities, and respond to the evolving needs of Utahns. This plan was developed through statewide input, including community surveys and listening sessions, ensuring it reflects the priorities and voices of Utah communities.
