Description
The Cobbs were originally from Kentucky, but moved to the Texas Panhandle where they owned and operated several clothing stores. Although they did not have children of their own, they were interested in the well-being of children and therefore established their charitable trust to benefit local charities in the Panhandle whose mission has a strong "emphasis on helping children."
