Events Tasmania offers a range of funding and development opportunities to encourage event organisers to stage their next event in Tasmania. Events Tasmania is part of the Creative Industries, Sport and Visitor Economy. We are made up of: - Creative Tasmania ([Arts Tasmania](https://www.arts.tas.gov.au) and [Screen Tasmania](https://www.screen.tas.gov.au)) - Visitor Economy (Events Tasmania and Tourism and Hospitality) - [Active Tasmania](https://www.active.tas.gov.au) - Operations and Client Engagement The [Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery](https://www.tmag.tas.gov.au) and [Tasmanian Institute of Sport](https://www.tis.tas.gov.au) are also supported by the division. Our programs build and sustain a strong events sector, promote investment and support, grow regional skills and capacity, and maximise the value and return on investment for events. Events supported by Events Tasmania are required to address how the event currently meets the accessibility needs of patrons or the plans to identify and work towards this.
